The pleasure of the senses is also eating well

Our cuisine is inspired by the best Italian and Mediterranean traditions, which provides three main meals, even if our kitchen crew, led by the Executive Chef Orlando del Peschio, is captivated by imagination and experimentation, reinterpreting traditional recipes with an international flair.

At our restaurant the menu changes daily. Three buffets welcome you, both at lunch and dinner. One is dedicated to warm and cold appetisers (instead at dinner there is a selection of grilled and steamed vegetables), the second has fresh salads with vegetables in season and the third sweet temptations, desserts and fresh fruit. But if you would like sorbet and ice-cream, just ask the waiting staff: they will come straight from the kitchen!

Homemade bread and baked goods

Our kitchen crew often makes bread in order to serve you genuine homemade flavour at each meal. Apart from classic bread, they prepare breads with rosemary, poppy seeds, olives, onions, raisins, and focaccia.

Even some other baked goods are made by our staff: from pies, plum cakes and the typical sweet focaccia from our area that you can find at the breakfast buffet, to tiramisù and desserts we offer after dinner.

It is no coincidence that our Maître Giancarlo Salarini is a wine expert: in a territory where 13 wines, both white and red, have DOC and DOCG quality assurance labels, a good dish must be accompanied by a good glass of wine.

Ask for suggestions on the best pairings or look through our wine list, which proudly highlights Veneto wines, but also offers labels from all Italian regions.

 

Breakfast

Served in the special room facing the garden, the breakfast buffet aims to satisfy your each and every desire.

A rich buffet featuring eggs, bacon and wurstel, as well as a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, meets a sweeter one, where croissant and pastries, fruit tarts and homemade “fugasse” (traditional sweet bread), butter and jams, yogurt and cereals, fresh fruit and fruit salads will give you the right dose of energy to start a new day of your vacation.

Apart from the “classic” warm beverages such as coffee, tea and herbal infusions, you can help yourself to coffee with ginseng or barley, American coffee, and fresh fruit juices. The breakfast room is on the ground floor, near the lifts and opposite the Health Centre. You can also have breakfast in your robe, while you are waiting for your next treatment, so you can take advantage of each moment of your vacation.

 

Particular attention for guests with particular needs

We are attentive to any dietary needs; we ask guests who suffer from allergies or food intolerances to promptly inform us and we will take care of offering the right foods, in order to guarantee a pleasant problem-free stay.

A diet or detox program: upon request our nutritionist can design a diet aimed at reaching the set objectives, which our kitchen crew will then scrupulously adhere to.

Cuisine for celiacs

We are aware that an increasing number of people are affected by celiac disease. Our Chef Antonio Giudice has obtained a gluten-free cooking diploma in order to assure all our guests a flavoursome vacation. We have updated the kitchen with new equipment and work surfaces dedicated to preparing dishes for people with celiac disease. All the ingredients used are mentioned in the handbook. From breakfast to dinner, you will find your favourite products. All you need to do is give us advance notice.

Note on dress code:

The vacation is more relaxing if there is respect for everyone. For this reason we kindly ask male guests to avoid wearing undershirts, shorts and flip-flops to the restaurant, both at lunch and dinner. Thank you.
