Cranio-sacral
The cranio-sacral technique is a gentle and noninvasive manipulation.
Because the areas of the cranio-sacral system that can be easily palpated under the bones of the skull, sacrum, and coccyx are attached to the membranes that contain cerebrospinal fluid, pressures greater than 5 grams are rarely applied.
Cranio-sacral therapy is extremely effective in treating various conditions, including: headaches, back pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, chronic fatigue states, motor coordination difficulties, depression, anxiety, hyperactivity, and central nervous system disorders.

Acupressure
Acupressure stems from Chinese medical philosophy; in fact, it has the same principles asacupuncture, but compared toacupuncture it is simplified: no tools are needed; the therapist acts only with his or her hands.
It is a massage that involves the use of various techniques involving pressure on points and areas of the body along energy channels.
Its basic principle is the regulation of the energy balance that every individual must have in order to be healthy.
The success of a therapy performed with acupressure depends not only on the skill the practitioner demonstrates in using his or her hands, but also in his or her ability to connect with the Client, which is why acupressure is also called tactile communication.
