During your stay, you will receive six applications of mature thermal mud with an ozonated thermal shower and bath, ideal for improving circulation and relieving muscle and joint pain.
In addition, the program includes three therapeutic massages of 40 minutes each, designed to relax muscles and promote physical recovery.
To reduce stress and promote relaxation, three stress-relieving massages of 40 minutes each are included.
A 55-minute Shiatsu massage will help balance the body and mind using acupressure techniques.
A 55-minute exfoliating treatment will help renew body skin, while a 40-minute facial will help improve the radiance and health of facial skin.
To ensure maximum comfort, a treatment robe will be available to you for the duration of the program.
