Equilibria is a massage performed with relaxing maneuvers, more or less deep, that aim to loosen knots and muscle contractures. The technique is supported by the aid of the purest essential oils, which are added to the cream used for the massage. There are six oil offerings from which clients can choose to customize their treatment, each of which is designed to work on a different emotional block. Sight and hearing will be engaged during the treatment to contribute to a deep state of physical and mental relaxation: the vibrations of color therapy and musical accompaniment are combined with the essential oils and the operator’s manual dexterity to restore the energy balance altered by stress and frenzy. Finally, the experience also involves taste thanks to the sweet fruity notes of a detoxifying herbal tea. The massage is performed on the Equilibrium couch, containing 180 kilograms of pure pink Himalayan salt heated to a temperature ranging from 32° to 40°, which can rebalance the body. The heat and micro-massage practiced by the grain size of the material further promote the salt’s ability to interact with the client.
