An oasis of relaxation with a wall composed of 400 bricks of pure Himalayan salt, totaling 800 kg of wellness. The salt neutralizes electromagnetic frequencies and positively charges water molecules, offering benefits against nervousness, insomnia, concentration disorders and free radicals.

Using the Himalayan Clima Cube®, a heater that heats salt by infrared radiation, the air is purified of harmful particulates and enriched with natural micro-oligoelements. Monday through Saturday (6:15 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.), an experienced ISEF teacher leads a free water aerobics class, taking advantage of the therapeutic properties of thermal water to facilitate movement, strengthen muscle tone, and improve circulation.

The whirlpool is ideal for regaining energy, relaxing body and mind, and preventing aesthetic and physical problems. The thermal temperature (34-35°C) amplifies the decontracting and relaxing effect.

An experience of pure aquatic pleasure, with cold, stormy, light, tropical showers enhanced by revitalizing scents and aromas. Ideal as a complement to the sauna, this treatment stimulates and improves blood circulation, giving a feeling of complete well-being.

A treatment in a very hot environment (up to about 85 degrees) particularly indicated for its toning, detoxifying properties and general immune system strengthening action. Not recommended for those with pressure problems given the high heat that can be achieved. It is usually followed by cold water showers or immersions to optimize the toning and energetic effect.
