Decorations and furnishings were followed by our architects and interior designers who opted for a simple, modern and trendy environment.
The white metal wall that recalls in its carvings the old wisteria that used to cover the terrace, contrasted with the black & gold-colored wall that, with its particular finish, recalls tree bark, is particular.
Designed and built to allow guests to dine even in their bathrobes, Rocotillo offers two variations at lunch: the classic menu of the day or a rich a la carte menu, while in the evening it transforms into an intimate and romantic venue where by candlelight and background music you can enjoy our Seafood Menu.

The seafood dinner requires an advance reservation of at least 48hours.
Also brand new and designer is the Rocotillo Pool bar located between the Bistro and the outdoor pool, ideal for a quick snack or a relaxing aperitif.
